+-Back To School-At age 55-+

Every fall it seems like I should be returning to school, no doubt due to the seventeen years I spent going back to school in th fall  for grade school, high school, and college.  Back in my day, preschool was not even a word, and kindergarten was only for kids who needed a babysitter while their mom worked.  With 2 years of preschool being the norm, and kindergarten considered a preqrequisite to first grade, students now will be going back to school each fall for even longer. This year I went back to school in July-as an 8 week training class for a new job.  It was an interesting experience going back to a school environment-going to a classroom, studying and taking tests. My classmates range in age from just out of highschool to just a little older than me. There has been the highschool-type drama of flirting and hookups, working together on projects, and getting to know my classmates.   Now as students are going back to school, I am finishing up my classroom studies-33 years since I last was in college. It's feels like I have gone back in time.
