I understand that some people have way too much time on thier hands, but when I saw this on my aol screen, my mouth hit the floor.  I know you pitt steeler fans will like one of these.  I think that over all these are over the top.

I think it is pretty sad that people do this to their dogs. They must be dying the coat - which can't be good either.

i agree about the sweater, butt i have to admit when my dog was a pup we get cold winters here in MI and i used to use one on him when he went out side to keep him warm

So just when does it become outrageous? You put a sweater on the dog, later add a flower appliqué, then maybe a bow. Oh, I know, let's put on a NY Giants logo, then, maybe something else. Oh, and maybe we could curl his/her hair. Everything just seems to flow from one thing to the next, but when does it become too much?

It's way different than putting a sweater on a dog. Our Maggie is scarred from abuse...and after we adopted her, the vet told us we had to put something over the scars in the winter. Maggie has NO hair there and could easily get frostbite. Poor Maggie has to wear a sweater or shirt to cover up the hairless places.

OK I was wondering why Steelers fans would like this.. now I know.. And I gotta tell ya I was giggling very hard, though I really do feel for these dogs. OH I know they probably were not hurt in any way and the dyes were most likely very safe, but can't you just hear the other dogs in the neighborhood laughing their tails off... LOL

I've seen these before and think they're pretty cool. As long as it doesn't hurt or disturb the animal, I don't see anything wrong with it.

I'm guilty, I like the creativity. :) I remember awhile ago what they did with cats-something similar. Then again, the money could have been better spent to help animals out.
