As many of you know, I crochet and have been adding recycling / upcycling items to my regular crochet items.
Could you take a look and tell me if I should continue to add them, or stick with the regular crochet items, and is there anything I should make more/less of.
Thanks

They were able to generate an income to buy there groceries and gas and travel all over the U.S. during there retirement years. Happy People.
I do not expect that to be exactly something you would want to do---but the secret to success they had was for people to be able to see them and ask questions.
Years later I am still carrying my bag, its still in great shape...people stop me and ask me about it. It is a fantastic bag for carrying to yard sales and stuffing my purchases...also I love to carry it to go shelling at the beach....it being plastic based, the sand washes right off.
GOOD LUCK.
You just register with the site, and then you click on the item you would like to buy. Then click on the green button that says add item to cart, from there it will direct you what to do.

Give E-bay another try, seriously, it might be worth it and I "think" you can list five things a month on there without paying their fees (please check that out in case I'm wrong)!
But keep Etzy too. I'd love to crochet, but everyone that's tried to teach me (there have been a lot!) have given up though I do knit.
I do have a suggestion - what about more holiday/Christmas items, people are doing less shopping each year, but they are looking for unique gifts and something crocheted in red and green (scarf, hat, etc's), might help a lot.Oh, crocheted hats and mittens, we in the freezing north are always looking for these things :)
My Mom used to take the plastic bags (she also used bread bags for the different colors), cut them into strips and make them into oval-shaped rugs, different and easily washed off.
You have beautiful work on there, I looked and looked (drooled a bit too) and then came back to this post to let you know.... have you also entered your site into the search engines? That might also help.
Or, where (above) was asked a question if you made certain things in a different color, can you add that to a products' description? Just suggestions - feel free not to listen to me at all! :)
But, seriously, PROMOTE your work, it's that good and will sell.
Hugs,
Marilyn
Not to say it would be something you could just instantly do.....but my niece figured out how to make cloth shoes to match her daughter's clothing and always WOWS the family.
