Rebirth

Much speculation is spent on past lives

Much wonder about the lives to come

Much consternation is spent on aging

And fear of losing the strength and powers of youth

The reality is that we are reborn

Moment by moment ever and ever

Accept this truth deeply and completely

And feel the eternal life force course through you
