Or it was when daughter came in and told me I had to get up an hour early. She has to go pick up other daughter to take to work before she goes in herself. She had already dropped off her b/f. They all work same place but diff hours. He starts at 7am, and the others at 8am.
This week though Suzie is starting at 9am. They have these so-called flex hours where they can come in at either 8 or 8:30, but in their infinite wisdom, the schedule is made in the Manila office for all the call centers. They don't seem to realize that the busiest time for us here is between 8-11. They did that to a few employees and the supervisors here aren't too happy but they can't change the schedule once its made. You'd think each center could make their own schedule since each one would know when they needed the must operators on call.
Jeff was pulled from the phones this month to join a team auditing calls. That's actually a good thing. They want to see what people think of a new fee added into their costs for new radio service. Oh, Jeff, Hil, and Kat all work for the Serrius radio contract. Suzie is with Apple comp CS. Anyway, Jeff says that most the mistakes, at least the most glaring are the ones from the phillipine call center. Thats what they get having people who barely speak English trying to help american customers. I heard if you get a foriegn speaking call op you can request to be switched to an american call center. I don't know if you can do that or not but I would try if I ever had to.
I do know that Hil, who works for the saves, she tries and get people from droping the radio service, anyway she gets people who hear her voice and cry out, finally an american. They are so fed up with trying to get service thru the other out of country call centers. At least Serrius has american call centers.
Anyway Jeff is adding up the mistakes these other foreign centers make compared to the American one and maybe they will realize Americans want to speak to an American when dealing with their product, as well as listening to see what people think of the fees. I guess its really quite small but they wanted to know how people reacted to it. I think the fee is to offset the royalties they ahve to pay the artists for playing their music.
Kaylyn is exploring the livingroom and kitchen. I had to pick up the cat and dog food already.

In a little while I am going to go pick up hamb I got thru my boss. Her husband is getting it and we meet him. He works for Tyson. This week it's at $1.31. That's a very good price.
It's raining so that means hubby not working. The good thing is He qill stay with baby so I don't have to take her with me to get the meat.
I hope you all have a good day where ever you are!
