Expulsion, HoH and Nominations On Action Packed Big Brother

Wow was that a Big Brother episode or what? They promised us a “double eviction” on Thursday but with tonight’s drama I doubt Thursday can top the craziness of tonight. It all started off following the nominations of Chima and Natalie. Chima was not happy that Michele “went against her” after becoming friends during Chima’s HoH week. That led to Chima not wearing her microphone, throwing it into the pool and disobeying several Big Brother rules. Natalie, Lydia and Kevin all tried to force Chima to stay in the game and the edit tends to lead that Big Brother kicked her out, rather then her quitting. Chima would not go to the Diary Room but was forced to when producer Allison Grodner called her from the loud speaker. It’s very rare that we hear production on the TV version of the show but this was an extreme situation. When Chima entered the Diary Room someone was there to greet her and she simply walked straight through and out the door.

A few minutes later Allison then came over the loud speaker yet again and called everyone to the living room. She told them that Chima was asked to leave the show and further news would be brought in the morning about the nominations. Of course Jordan, Jeff, Russell and Michele were all happy about the situation and spoke together about why Chima deserved to go. The other three were not so happy as Natalie lashed out, blaming Michele for Chima’s leave. It doesn’t make sense that Michele would get the blame, she didn’t force Chima to break the rules and Natalie/Kevin agreed that it was Chima’s own fault. They weren’t happy about it, but understood the situation and tried to calm down Natalie before she made the same mistake.

The next morning Michele let everyone know that her HoH was now over and that they would be playing for a new HoH. It was simply making the Veto competition into the HoH were everyone but Michele competed. The idea of the challenge was to have the lowest score in a giant mini-golf course. If they got a hole in one they were safe but if not a giant wheel with random numbers would decide their fate. Lydia was out first and chose the HoH key right away as her prize, it was obvious she wouldn’t win it though. Natalie went out next and kept a Hawaiian vacation while Russell stole it, giving her a call from home. She was happy to talk to her dad, but Russell ruined it of course. But that was to squash any idea that they were friends. Next out was Kevin, killing his side’s chance of power but he won $5,000. It came down to Jeff or Jordan winning and by this time Lydia was wasted thanks to the bottle of champagne. She called out Jordan for being a puppet and for also being a fat ho. Jordan didn’t really mind though and kind of blew it off, Jeff didn’t like it however. In the end Jeff let Jordan win the HoH and took the vacation from Russell, giving him a spa day. Jordan then took the HoH key from Lydia and gave her a super unitard outfit, which she fits into quiet nicely I must say. Especially with the new pink hair.

With the HoH done it was time for some fighting as Lydia was still drunk and angry about going on the block, which she wasn’t even put on yet. She yelled at Michele and Jordan for talking about her and responded by dumping Michele’s beer down the drain. She then yelled at Jeff for sticking up for Jordan and jumped on her bed like a little kid… trying to be higher up to seem in power. Lydia slurred her words when people told her not too, which was humorous but she broke down in the Diary Room alone…. making it all somewhat hard to laugh at then. The crazy, drama filled episode then ended where the same show left off: nominations. Jordan made the obvious choice to nominate Lydia and Natalie. Lydia wants to leave the game while Natalie wants to fight and stay. What will happen with the Veto though as the meeting will probably be held LIVE as Thursday’s show will surely pick up where this drama left off.
