That is so sad. I wonder who is letting him do this? His wife can't be. I can't believe any team would even consider him coming back to play. Maybe they will take him as a QB coach.

I am sure HE is doing it on his own, he can't let it go. I don't think his wife is supporting him, I don't know, just my opinion. Makes me soooo mad.

I feel sorry for him, but more so for Deanna. He had the opportunity to quit at the pinnacle of his career, rather as a laughing stock.

I know John. That's what upsets me the most. He had a great career, I hate to see him ruining all of those years at this point in his life. I can only imagine what Deanna is going through.

LOL Steph, no puppies were involved with Favre. He has had a great career with the Packers, has announced retirement many times, but keeps coming back. I just wish he would stick by what he says, keep his good name, that's all. He was my son's idol.
