Glory be! If you've been reading my articles on here, you know about Troy Davis, the most likely innocent man on Georgia's death row. Today, the Supreme Court voted 6-2 to grant Troy a new hearing! He has been so close to death so many times, despite the extreme doubt as to his guilt..no matter what happens now, at least the new evidence will be heard and he's much, much closer to justice than he was. I was running out of hope for him, almost.
We're one step closer to a just legal system. Now, if he only gets a fair hearing this time...
