My room faces the desert sand
There are windows but no curtains.
When the desert wind blows
I feel its warmth
And I can hear the music.
But when I reach up,
I feel your tears,
Sweet wind do you not know,
How easy you are to love?
As I speak, I hear your soft laughter
And feel an incredible lightness,
As I learn again what love can be.

You used a phrase there that means a lot to me. It does something for me.
Thank you.
I've slept under palm trees. When the breeze arrives it really does things.
It has stories to tell. All that you have to do is listen.
Thank for for what you said. Coming from you it means a lot.
What can a poet ask for more that an instant of soul-mating? It implies a moment of full understanding. Thank you for that.
