A quick update, Mark is home tonight. We got here around 7
PM, had to make a quick stop at the pharmacy for they have
changed some of his medication, I am happy about that.
We watched a Sci Fi movie tonight, oh no, but not Star Trek,
and itis great having him home. He will do dialysis three times
a week and I will have to learn what he can and can't eat, but if he can take it, I can do it,
and he is still the strongest man I know.
Thank you for all your prayers, I know they helped him and me.

All Mark needs at his moment is love and good food. And that's what you do best, dear Elsie.
I am so happy for you and Mark and everyone in your family.

Tell Mr Mark to be happy and love the things around for we see how things can be change fast....
Marvelous news. So glad the Scifi movie wasn't Star Trek. LOL
Hope Mark keeps improving every day
and that soon he might be able to get
off of the dialiysis.
I will continue to pray for you and Mark
and for sood health for you both.......
My hubby has diabetes. I'm on the cusp. I have a sweet tooth. (Used to have a full set of "sweet teeth" before finding out how close I am to diabetes. lol) I've designated two excuses a year for a sugar cheat - my birthday and the Christmas season. I have to have a slice of German Chocolate for my birthday. I have to have a chocolate covered cherry once a year. (Use to have them about once a day. lol) I figure, "If I only cheat twice a year, that's good enough."
Not sure it's true, however, I think Mark should be able to have those french fries when the doctors take him off of dialysis and say his kidney is fine. Sounds like a fair compromise and a good way of celebrating, even if he can only have them every blue moon afterwards. After all, fried rice? So not french fries. lol
God bless and keep you both, and Billy too.
However, no Mr. Ed and did you forget the sushi.
You have green tea. I think it's very healthy.
I'm worn out myself and will write about this later.
Hugs to you and to Mark.
