It's true. The time has come for the world to get churched online. Can you believe it. It's amazing to me how technology has come so far. I'm always amazed at what can be done.
This online church Lifechurch.tv is based out of Oklahoma and is pastored by Craig Groeschel. They offer live church service everyday of the week. There are a least two services a day or more on Sundays.
The church offers live worship service followed by a timely message for everyone.
When you join into the experience online there is also a place there where you can chat with people all over the world about the experience. You can also get live prayer with someone if you need to.
The church has a motto: To lead people to become fully devoted followers of Christ.
The pastor has always said he will do anything short of sin. He doesn't mess around and he is very serious about this. So serious in fact that he steps on toes quite a bit and tells the most amazing stories that some would believe are not very Christian at all. He shares a lot of about his past life that is much like the rest of us. He really is down to earth. Oh, and he hates cats.
Lifechurch.tv is quite the experience like none other and now there is no excuse not to go to church. You can go while still being at home, in your pajamas. Nobody will see you and you don't have to see anyone either. So it doesn't matter what your wearing, if your hair is fixed, or if you have makeup on. You can go even if your not feeling that well.

The Bible was written on paper so as to be easy to carry.
They practically invented the codex (the first book as we know it). It was more convenient than scrools, took up less space and was therefore easy to carry about.
The first book to be printed on movable type was a Bible.
They eagerly jumped on radio when it was invented.
Took up oodles of air-time on T.V. practically from the day it became commercially available.
There are preachers trying to reach you on the telephone.
Billions of sites on the internet.
One christian group has invented MEPS (Multi-Language Electronic Phototype Setting) to facilitate simultaenous publication in multiple languages.
A monk invented the Cyrillic alphabet so that Russians and others could have Bibles. Other missionaries have done similar.
They are just trying to get to people wherever they are.
I have allergies and sometimes people's perfumes really make me have trouble breathing, so it's often hard for me to go to church (and I also work on every day that there's church now, also). This might help me with that and help other people who can't make it there, too.

However, even many many years ago, I was happy there were TV Preachers around who were good, honest people. My grandfather was very ill for many years before he died and he loved to hear God's word. So, at least he could hear it from home. That was a blessing to him, and therefore to the rest of us.
