Invite me to join your group

Well, I have been searching thru the groups here on Gather, wanting to find some more groups to join that would be appropriate for the articles that I publish here.  But if you have ever done that, you know it can be sort of a time consuming and tedious process.

Then I came up with this idea -- why not publish a post inviting you to invite me to your group.  Below I will summarize the types and kinds of articles that I have published or hope to publish here on Gather.  You check them out, and if they would be a good fit for your group, then you invite me to join your group.  Sound like a good idea?  Well, I'm trying it out to find out how it works.  I was so curious.

So here are my types and kinds of articles:

Kentucky Comments - a series of commentary articles, and any topics from A-Z, just whatever happens to come to my mind to write about.  Their group home is here if you want to check them out:  http://hillsofky.gather.com/

Kentucky Cooking - a series of cooking columns that I have done here on Gather ever since I first joined several years ago.  They feature simple to fix recipes, and sometimes include suggestions for building a meal around the recipe.  Plus I accept cooking questions and recipe requests to be answered in future columns.  Their new group home is:  http://kycooking.gather.com/

music reviews - reviewing music CDs

movie reviews - reviewing movies

product reviews - rating and reviewing different consumer products
