Lily or is it Lilly? The first 48 hours....(photos)

I'm not sure if we are suppose to spell Lily with one L or two...

We have had Lily with us for over 48 hours now, and you know, it's going a lot better than I thought. She seems to be a fairly smart dog and a fast learner. Tomorrow she goes in for her last set of puppy shots, and we'll probably see when we can get her 'fixed.' Lily has had only one accident in the house, which is much less than I thought.

I figured I should try and get one or two decent shots of Lily... She's playing tug-of-war with Angela.

Angela let her win...

Angela and Maggie sitting on the dog house. Lily can't figure out how Maggie gets up there, and she's too short to climb up. Maggie will get up there and sit or lay down when she's done playing with Lily. It drives Lily nuts.

She has lots of puppy stuff to chew on...

She even smiled for the camera.

She's adorable. I would spell it Lily but either way would be correct! It's a personal choice!

there was a dog in a story book in elementary school, she reminds me of it. It name a was Sport, I would alway call it Spot.... cute dogs, angela too.

I vote for Lily, too...and you look like you are having tons of fun. Here I sit with my geriatric cats asleep on the footstools...the pup will keep Maggie young.

These are adorable photos. Lily seems a wonderful new addition, but I'm glad Maggie has a perch to go to to get some rest. Lily would drive her nuts otherwise. It's good to know Lily now has a good home, and Maggie will have a fur friend. I love those photos. So sweet.

I think you ought to ask that pup how she wants her name spelled! LOL What a doll, Angela looks pretty happy too and Maggie's OK with her, though getting on the doghouse is a neat trick. :)

Aww, she's really, super cute. I like it with one 'L' - Lily.

Man, I want a puppy!!! Josie is certainly not a puppy anymore. She only had one accident in the house when we got her too. And she stopped in the middle of it when I yelled at her. LOL It was funny. That was two years ago.
