I have a few others along the way. I used to go get all the certs I could. The problem is they are each only for certain narrow fields or even single programs. So I do not list those or count them as a bonus to me anymore. I have been chosen as an member of the Biltmore Who's Who of Internet Professionals 3 years running. I also started back to school to get degrees related to my field of work. I have finished one year of my new degree plan and will soon be starting an outside php/mysql developer program as well. This will make sure I am up to date in that area.
Yes, it does make us feel get to have some recognition of our abilities. With the drop in contracts over the past two years I have had time to go back to school and take other training to make sure I am fully up to date on the programs I work with and in my chosen fields.
