This week, a Virginia court "received sworn statements from former Blackwater employees alleging that Erik Prince, the company’s founder, views himself as a Christian crusader tasked with eliminating Muslims and the Islamic faith from the globe," writes London Times.
Former Blackwater employees also claim that "guards employed by Blackwater often shot and killed Iraqis in unprovoked and random attacks."
The Times interviewed a number of Iraqis in Baghdad who think this case is "a last chance for justice and an opportunity for America to divorce the behavior of its military from the private guards."
In a massacre in Baghdad's Nisour Square in 2007, for example, Blackwater employees brutally killed 17 Iraqi civilians.

I think the war against our troops is deeper than news suggests. It would really create a sh** storm if it turned out that these rogues were involved in terrorism, either on Iraqis or American troops.
Its part of a republican move that started with Regan.. privatizing Government functions is just a way to make money for the politicos friends,, and hiding dirty dealings .. just another republican method of avoiding responsibility for their actions.. and it ALWAYS costing more.
(sarcasm, of course)
The entire Blackwater outfit should be sent to Gitmo, along with Bush and Cheney.
