Today's picture is of a dog that is no longer with us.
The dog's name is Zeus. He was found at a Flea Market/ Auction house in Michigan. I say found because he was not bought or given away. Nor was this dog lost.
My sister saw a bunch of pups with a momma. She saw signs of fighting on the mom and the pups. She walked away and looked through other things at the Flea Market/ Auction house. Still those dogs were weighing on her mind. She was wondering what she could do to help them.
So, she went back to where the dogs were. She picked up the last remaining pup. That was laying besides the momma. She looked at the owners and said, "You are going to give me this pup." The owners replied," What makes you think I am going to hand over that pup without you paying for it?" My sister as scared as she was responded to the pup owners. She said," Well, for starters this pup has been fought. If you don't hand this pup over. I will walk over to that cop over there and report what you have done. Either way, you will loose the pup." My sister proceeded to turn around with the pup and walk away. Never looking back once. A few minutes later, she walked back to the area where she got the pup. She noticed the pup owner had packed up and left.
The follwing picture is of Zues with my niece. Zues loves Zoie and was always looking out for her. My niece is now 8 yrs old and Zues is gone. But his memory lingers on.
