Forgive me for a moment's quiet reflection. After three years here at Gather, this is is the first time that I see my name up there. It's transient I know but, nevertheless, a wonderful feeling. A celebration. Thank you.
The music is great and the words so perfectly appropriate. Stunning.
I loved your poem. I loved how harmonies of happiness flowed through it from beginning to end. In it, I think that I saw the real you.
Yes you were describing me but the words you used were your words. Words that lie just below the surface...ready to glow for us all to see.

Suddenly I am tongue tied Fred. Lets see. It is not transient. As long as there is a Gather you can always come by and see that you are loved. Your life has meaning for others Fred. That is a great thing to have in this world. This is honestly my favourite birthday song, it is truth. I think it is filled with la joie de vie which is appropo for a birthday song. As far as the words, I looked into my heart for the words and there they were. They were words that your writing and your comments said to me so it is you. As far as forgiveness, there is in my opinion no need. I am not good with the time factour and a person must get their beauty sleep. I hope you had a great birthday Fred!

Fred, happy birthday Sir! We were celebrating a birthday yesterday as well. My youngest daughter's 20th! We lift a toast your direction fellow Gatherite.
