Good Economy or Bad Economy?

Yesterday I heard a commercial on the radio that just set my mind reeling. It was a commercial about removing hair from your legs, and I assume other places as well, since it offered a buy one area, get another area free promo. What blew me away was at the very end. They were offering a no interest loan plan for their hair removal plan.

Now I've never known anyone who admitted to having waxing done, so I have no idea about the cost. But, c'mon, a payout plan? Is our economy so bad that people have to worry about payments on hair removal on their legs?

Or is our economy so good that people won't spend 5 minutes or so to use a razor or hair removal cream on themselves?

What do you think? Good, bad or both?
