Anyone that writes this kind of hogwash that is in another Gather article:  "The brainwashed racially bigoted Southern Baptist people don’t like that."

This person insulted half the country, republicans, Southern Baptists and because we don't like Obama's policies.  There are few people he caught in there who love Obama and hate George Bush, so what does that make them.? 

Gee I hope this doesn't make anyone mad!  Jerk!

Some jerk wrote an article stating that red coment. It's hurtful, and evil. I think about some black child who might read crap like that and to me that's a racist comment.

I have seen you react to slanders of the left with a different sentiment.

when you call a GROUP of people by REGION and Religion something nasty it is not nice. Legal, sure, anyone can say whatever they want within the bounds of law, acceptable??? that seems to depend on who is looking and has the most clout at the time.

I'd say a racist-bigot most likely looks like the person who wrote that title. Because that shows total intolerance, and when people have intolerance it usually extends to anyone different than them. So...while they're pretending to be all inclusive, they're not really.

Kudos to Tim.

I did see the article. And I did express my opinion.

The author was just more bold about it.

For the most part I see things like this.

Obama is scary. REally and why is that you didnt find Bush scary and he had the FBI or CIA forge intelligence so he could get congress to agree to invade Iraq. And how may men and women have been killed over there.

Or Obama is an elitist. Self assured no doubt but do we want a president that questions his own judgement and doesnt trust himself.

Nice righteous indignation there Marilyn but you really dont fool anyone.

I didn't find Bush scary because he reduced my taxes, kept my family safe, and when my husband lost his job told me to pay for my own health insurance, and we did.

How did he keep us safe? Clinton kept us safe. Bush made us a target.

but then I dont like our soldiers dying for no reason but if you support that kind of stuff...

Not to forget that he lied us into getting 4000 of our kids killed (and let's also not forget the tens of thousands of Iraqis he got killed).

Not to forget he allowed his Vice President's employer (yes, all the while he was VP), take Billions of US dollars with no-bid contracts.

Not to forget that he arrogated to himself powers and privileges no president had EVER claimed, and used them to invade our personal lives in incredibly illegal ways.

Other'n that... what was there to be scared of?

Oh, BTW, those powers? They didn't go away when Bush did. Guess who can use 'em now... without sayin' a word?
I strive to piss off at least one Republican, Southern Baptist or racist-bigot a day. And if I can find one person that is all three, I go home early.

Lori we were a target long before Bush was elected. Remember the aholes on the planes were planning it before Bush was elected. So Bush didn't make us a target we already were.

Carol, he didn't reduce your taxes, he gave you a break in one way that you had to make up in another, and he provided the opportunity for your kids and their kids to pay for things like Iraq, Afghanistan, and tax cuts in addition to the other things they'll have to pay for, like roads, bridges and the rest of the pie chart. That's the debt they'll be paying back and trillions in interest.
