I don't do the frogpond. I never took the time to understand how it works. Why don't you email them. They are pretty good about responding.

I have been doing the frog pond now for a while. Make sure you look up to the top left hand corner to take the poll there very small boxes. I haven't had any problems with my credits. You might want to submit that question to your Bzz Agent that sends you your info.

I haven't had any real problems with the frog pond. Occasionally, I get a site that doesn't load properly and doesn't have the link to go back to the frog pond after I've viewed the site. When that happens, you are unable to take the polls so don't get any points. The buttons for viewing, submitting opinions and taking the poll is on the top, right-hand side of the window.

I had this same problem. I emailed "The Hive". Get this, you don't get credit for " agent submitted" frogs. Make sure it is a featured frog which will probably leave you with about six to choose from. Hope this helps!

I was having the same problem and they told me there weren't any system issues. I just submitted some content to a BzzScape I'm following and it didn't list me as a contributor. Before when i added content to any bzzscape it would --
