What would you choose? Fame, Power, Wealth or Love? and Why?

Since I've had wealth and power, I would like to experience love. Real romantic love, the type I've never had before.

Fame would also be nice but without love what else is there really?

Absolutely right. You can't get love with fame, power or wealth. I suppose you could buy it but who wants that kind of love??

I've already had the 'fame' and 'power' to a degree/ I'll probably never find the 'love'; at least the find I'm looking for...so I'll settle for the 'money'. If I have enough, I can always buy myself a little bit of happiness. I have strange tastes, so it doesn't have to cost a lot for what might do it.

Yes being on the air in the music business will certainly get you fame and power of sorts and a lot of free music. :)

Money can buy a heckuva lot of stuff and may make you happy for a while but after that is all a bore you are still left feeling empty without the love. I still think that I will take love over any of the rest.

Fame, under the microscope of the world having every movement watched and judged by every other human being. Fame disallows you to be human, for others deem you should be perfect.

Power is an obligation that is too much for me. Power corrupts and I have no need for that in my life.

Wealth... of this I've never known. I've been poor all my life and will probably die thus. I do not need to be wealthy as long as I can feed myself and have a roof over my head.

Love is important.. it means family and friends. It means there are those who care. It means that you are human and care back. Above all love is the greatest of the virtues. Love is charity, Love is kindness, Love is when we hold our hand out and touch another human being for the sake of humanity.

I chose love.

I've had love - the kind everyone only dreams of - two different times and two different ways and truth be told - now I have it again, a third time - in a such a different way I didn't even recognize it at first.
Power - I had to a degree - it's satisfying and cool, but taxing and not something I crave, but it's nice to a degree.

Fame - I couldn't care less about.

Wealth - real wealth would be cool as long as there is love and health to go with it. It doesn't matter how much wealth you have - if you don't have health - you ain't got nuttin'.:) .... and you always need a little - genuine - love.

Love......the other two are absolutely worthless is there's no love in one's life......fortunately, I've always had a LOT of love in mine.....by my parents, my aunts and uncles, cousins, many friends, etc., etc......now hubby (next month we'll be married 31 years.......doesn't seem possible) and blessed with a brilliant 22 yr. old son........I am truly, truly happy and one very blessed person.

I have learned in my life that I have the acceptance and love that I have sought elsewhere from God. God never lets me down and when I have been brought to the edge of the abyss in my life, God is there gently reminding me that I have his love.

I have also learned in life you have to give love to get love. Anyone can focus on getting power or riches, if they are will to forgo everything else in their life... We can attain any of these, but only love is the one we get by giving it. To have good friends, you have to be a good friend.

I am grounded in God my father's love. I trust and rely on him.

Love's great until you have your heart shredded. Been there. Done that. Bought the Tshirt. Set it on fire. Don't want to go there again, therefore I'll take disgustingly excessive wealth. Then I can make myself reasonably happy and help others, too. I'd share.

I don't give a hoot about fame or power. I don't need to be wealthy so long as I have enough to get by fairly comfortably. What I really need is love. It took me long enough to find it, and I don't plan to turn it loose anytime soon, if I can help it.

Without a doubt, LOVE. I wish I could have found the kind of love that my parents share. They are the best of friends. Still today, after 51 years they look at each other with starry eyes and admiration. People don’t believe me when I tell them that I have never heard my parents argue, or ever heard them speak ill of each other . To me they live in a world of bliss.

I choose love. The other three are shallow and of not much importance to me. No, I don't want to live in a tent, but being disgustingly wealthy is not one of my 'must haves'. Material things are not that important to me. When I say I choose love, I mean romantic love, being loved by someone who loves me back and treats me as well as I would treat him.

Re wealth ~ I can't afford birdseed for a cuckoo clock. As long as the bills are paid and there's food on the table, I don't really care. If there was love, then I'd consider myself wealthy beyond belief.

May I choose two? That would be power and love.
I would use the power to make the world a better place. The love would make life more enjoyable for all involved.

If I must pick just one, however, it has to be love. Power without love means becoming greedy and controlling of others without regard to what is in everyone's best interest; how sad that would be.

Money can buy lots of things but when you have it you never know who your true friends are. I have love in my life and will stick with that. It might not be the perfect love but at times it comes close. Also the love in my life comes from many sources. My parents, my children, my spouse and grandchildren all love me in different ways. Money can not buy me two grandsons who tell me they love me and I am beautiful even when I am a wreck from battling my allergies and know I look like hell. No way can you beat that kind of love.

I prefer love over all. For one I am shy person, so power or fame would be worthless to me. As for wealth...yeah that woul be nice. But no amount of money can buy true love.

I would choose wealth. There are so many things that I want to experience, and I would be able to do those things with extra money on hand. Though it's probably the "right" answer, I would put love on hold for now. Love should be destiny. I don't want to wish for it.
