Fall and Halloween Coming Soon!

The summer is flying by and before we know it, it will be fall.  With fall comes the exciting high school football season as well as college and NFL football.  Take a deep breath?  Can you smell the leaves turning?  It’s not that I want summer to end, but I love the fall.  Since I’ve moved into our new home which doesn’t have central air, I love the cooler whether even more.  One of my favorite parts of fall, besides my October birthday, is Halloween.  I don’t care if you are a kid or an adult, Halloween is a fun time to celebrate.

And with Halloween, comes costumes!  I love shopping for my Halloween costume each year.  It’s even more fun with my wife because we can go as a couple.  Last year, we dressed up as Dorothy and the Scarecrow from the Wizard of Oz.  That was a lot of fun.  This year, I was looking at a cool pirate costume for both of us.  This site has a great selection of pirate costumes for guys and girls.  I can go as the captain and she can be my wench!  That’s the fun thing about couple costumes.  They can be really sexy.  There are all kinds of great costumes to choose from - Robin Hood and Mary Ann, Hansel and Gretel, Romeo and Juliet and many, many more.

For kids, it’s so fun as well because you can go as anything.  The toy companies are always coming out with costumes for the hottest new shows as well, like this Super Why Costume.  Or, if you don’t want to buy a costume from a store, it’s just as easy to make a ghost, witch, or princess costume at home for cheap.  It’s fun to get creative and be someone different for a night.
