A Blizzard Warning in August!!

I'm issuing a blizzard warning for August 13th! Not the snow kind, the MIRACLE kind! On August 13th Dairy Queen is giving $1 of every Blizzard they sell to the Childrens Miracle Network. What better excuse can you find for having a delicious cold treat than this? Last year DQ raised over 4.5 Million dollars for CMN alone! Let's do better this year, and break last year's record. Do it for the kids, buy a blizzard on Thursday August 13th and stay cool! C):-)

We're going to visit our daughter on the 13th. We'll go out to dinner and then go to the DQ for dessert. I love Blizzards! It's always so hard to choose what to have mixed in, though.

That's the kind of blizzard I wouldn't mind! Great idea. The last DQ I went to was on our vacation and I had a Moo-latte. It was ok. It definitely hit the spot as I was really hot.
