I voluntarily participated in the recent campaign here on Gather involving the test-use of Crystal Light On-The-Go Packets. These are flavour mixes that we had started using in our water. Even before they sent me my product samples pictured below:

My co-reviewers surprisingly voted it as their favorite review, winning me an Eddie Bauer Water Bottle! It arrived 2 days ago.
When my 18-year old grandson saw me open the package, his eyes lit up... he was instantly on the alert. He is into lifting weights regularly this summer, and is of course drinking liquids heavily, so this was something he coveted right away. Smacking his greedy hands off my prize bottle, I quickly shooed him out the door.
In his own words, this 24 oz. water bottle is totally AWESOME! The sipper lid is a flip lock and it locks so super tight the liquids are guaranteed not to leak. There is a rubberized grip around the center of the bottle that makes it easier to handle, (a great consideration for arthritic hands like mine) and prevents the bottle from slipping one's grasp when it is cold and wet. There is a clip on the side that can be used to anchor the bottle to a backpack or belt, very convenient for people on the go or people who need both hands free. It has an inner freezable core that snaps on into the the cover... it one can be removed, washed, and popped into the freezer for re-use, like a perpetual non-melting ice cube. It is quite handy for keeping ones drinking water cold for longer periods of time. I really like this bottle and will definitely use it every day which will help me maintain my resolve to drink more water daily!

I stuff extra Crystal Light On The Go Packets into my camera case, which I now carry EVERWHERE with me instead of a purse, believe it or not, so I that I have extra flavour packets with me at all times. My friends have learned to mooch packets from me now, just like friends used to mooch cigarettes from smokers before! :-)

I bet Moses forgot to add that last commandment on purpose because he coveted his own Grandma's Eddie Bauer Water Bottle... or else he ran out of space in the tablets?

As I said in the bigger photo... the cover/insulation seems to have a better design and function than the Eddie Bauer Water Bottle. It provides you with a place for stashing extra packets of the mixes so you can have them along wherever you go and also have a place for extra cash and ID, which is really nice... frees you from carrying a purse. The 2 things I really like about the Eddie Bauer are the inner core that keeps the water cold longer and the wider mouth of the bottle... It is so easy to add ice cubes, if I want to do that, too.
