Most of you know he works at wal mart,  and they had a clearence sale of crystal light this weekend,,,

 

I got 5 containers,,  for $1.00 each,,, you can make ten quarts of that flavor in each container,  this is just as cheap as kool-aid,  and better for you. 

I got more  (2) rasberry tea, (1)peach tea, lemon-ade, a new one I havent seen, called strawberry tangering,(drinking this now it is real good).

so now while he drinks his 30 bottles of Dt Mt Dew, Yes they were on sale, he bought 5 of them today.  5 six pack for 10.00

 We have a privite stock in DT Dew, as some folks would have stock in wine.  So far we have over 13 six packs, in stock. he buys them all the time. He never let it get below 5 six pack in a setting. Then wonder where the money goes,, LOL 

so I am excited,,  I am drinking more and more water or Crystal Light then coffee,,  I am down to one or two cups now a day compare to one pot.... And no major withdrawals,,,

Your doing great. I wish I could cut back on my pop but everytime I try I end up going back to the pop. I don't know if its the caffine I crave or the bubbles as it goes down, lol.

I do drink too much coffee. But me and the wife drink crystal light. so many good flavors to choose from .We like the grape. I try to keep away from sodas. Thanks for sharing.

Very good I just discovered the white grape flavour of crystal light its really good and I just mix one packet in a bottle of water and leave it in the fridge so its nice and cold when I need it . I buy these in the little packets because they are pre measured and all you do is open it dump it in the water and its always perfect . Im glad you emailed me about this post besides you a a few others no one reads my stuff or even looks at my videos . I put up 4 videos yesterday and they got only a few views each . I use to have lots of people viewing my stuff but they all stopped doing that when the points changed But points or not I view my friends posts and some of the group posts and would think people would reciprocate but they don't its very disheartening

I can't have the aspartame that is in it, I know loads of people who drink Crystal Light and enjoy it very much. Water is so much better than coffee or soda for everyone - I am glad your hubby loves ya! {:-)

That is good that you cut down on coffee. I need to do the same! I drink water like there is no tomorrow. I don't drink pop at all. We just can't afford them.
Tea is good, but since I omitted sugar out of my life I can't have anything with sugar.

Glad you got such good buys Steph, we are using mostly water here now, do buy it bottled, and I fill them up from the faucet, everyone else thinks the water is no good, but I have been drinking it for thirty years, so can't be too bad. I don't like flavored water, but if you do it to make you drink more of it, more power to you,take care my friend, love, Elsie

I quit drinking pop a few years ago..I was a cokeaholic, now I have my morning coffee and then water the rest of the day mostly
