As you can see mine came out a little different from Rose H.


Pastry:
Puff pastry you can buy in the store, arranged any way you want. I really like the texture of this being a crunch against a filling very soft. fallow directions on box for baking shell.
Filling:
8 oz. Ricotta Cheese
8 oz Cream cheese
1 Tsp Vanilla
1/4 cup Sugar
2 Tbs honey
Mix all well, until smooth spread on par baked shell and add plums to top. finish in a 350* for ten to fifteen min. until golden brown and dellish.
Came out wonderful almost like a light cheese cake flavor with a wonderful sweet on the top.
