Cher Rose,

Well, take a closer look at my case, just Very recent. I get an extradition notice. We all laugh at it of course. Because there is no way on God's green earth I should worry about a false charge, a silly game. All is on our side. Anyway you want to view it, we fall in all catagories.

TWO reasons you can refuse the another state.

A. If you can prove you were not there.

B. If there is a paper error.

We had both. the first was the best.

1. You got 10-15 witnesses to crush California. I was 1000 miles away. Never there. So it was an easy win, yes? All we need is a lawyer to file for us. Appoint a lawyer, he gets witnesses to sign. Viola! CASE CLOSED, I never leave Nevada. California trick dead!

OK the first part worked right on schedule. Judge in Ely appoint a public defender to represent me, because I'm poor and have no lawyer and I have a valid claim!!! All good yes?

I don't get it?

I've heard quite a few say, aw that is too bad, but it is NOT my problem. I don't know the guy.

As God says, narrow is the path and broad are the ways to distruction.

I consider Tracy to be my neighbor, my friend, my brother. I believe in my heart of hearts their has to be one soul out there who is a lawyer and a voice for the poor. I truly hope they step forward and give this man back his LIFE.

Tracy:

I already had the new penalty hearings in my pocket.

Sentence reduction. Rose already knew this, but it didn't matter to me and Rose, because the grand prize was already ours too. All we had to do was wait on the slow wheels, of course the wait caused obviously by the state. Rose already knew why they delayed; I'm their worse nightmire! Winning a new trial was reason enough to delay. Just on the finacial end. You can see why they would be in no hurry. They couldn't retry me and making me a millionaire in a lawsuit for wrongful imprisonment/sentence, would be reason enough to delay as long as possible.

Now to show how the EVIL in the System worked

I got the hard part over yes? Judge granted my request. Appointed a public defender to represent me. Know what happened??

The public defender REFUSED. They say they don't want to defend me, they are too busy. Not worth their time.

So in effect, not only did I have the prosecutor in Nevada against me, but the public defender office in Ely too.

Now you put the pieces together. They had the 1st attorney lay down on the job so I would lose an easy case to win over 2 decades ago.

Now Nevada, seeing I will beat them after I am FINALLY off death row and set for a new trial;make 1 call to tell the public defender office lay down, don't defend him. Knowing unprotected (LAWYERLESS).....

How can I from a prison cell, find and contact witnesses?? That in one day would have crushed the extradition and California's case?

Tell me, how could I do that from my cell?

NOW you understand why Nevada on purpose made me lawyerless.

With a lawyer CASE OVER! I would have never gone to to California.

Like the Exon Valdez case, I could die long before I could sue or collect. It's the little part of the systems game the public seldom sees. The average American doesn't see the evil workings.

Rose already realizes the high court ruled over 1 year ago! In a perfect world there would of been no California 2nd case because of the obvious.

I would have been already freed had I had a lawyer in December and California couldn't have case dumped on me. 

Rose:

Out of 300 million people in all of AMERICA not one has stepped forward to say:

This is wrong and they would take his case. 

Tracy is a Vet  and I can't believe no one has stepped forward to help.  His only crime was not paying his taxes on his gambling. He doesn't care about sueing.

Tracy just wants his LIFE BACK.  Whatever is left of it.  He has gone blind in one eye due to lack of proper nutrition and is having kidney and edema problems.

Is their a lawyer or one person with money enough to get him a lawyer out there?

I pray someone will do what is right.

This is NOT ACCEPTABLE in our Democratic UNITED STATES of AMERICA.

With no conviction over my head California could not case dump on me and would not even of tried. Even Rose can see why not. California needed me convicted yet in Nevada.

Again proving how evil in the system mocks American justice openly.

So I will ask Rose 2 questions:

#1 What does it matter? What I mean is, you have a case in California yes? Don't you see the obvious? What does it matter to you in California? what Nevada does? My case there has nothing to do with California. Correct? So what if Nevada exonerates me for the Nevada car dealer! See my point? It has nothing to do with the case in California, Correct?

Which points out:

#2 So now Rose ask yourself the last obvios question. Any sane person would ask? Why do the prosecutors in California need to do his case before Nevada drops the phony conviction? Observe. Lets say your the dirty prosecutor in  California, ok?

A. You already know the Nevada case is Not real and a false confiction. Correct yes! So I must ask Rose, why you need the the false conviction over my head? You admitted yourself, you must do your case before Nevada removes the phony conviction!

Do you see the evil? Well I can easily tell you the reason why. Since you are CASE DUMPING, we all know how prejudice evil works. You have no evidence I ever did anything. So you can see the evil intent. Get me to California while I still retain the false title of murderer. So you can say to a jury he is a convicted thief and killer. Do you see now Rose? You are about to watch history reject itself.

If you remember what a jury lady said at my first trial, "I would have NEVER CONVICTED THAT BOY if I had known what the prosecutor left out." Well you are about to see it again. Obviously telling a jury I'm a convicted murder and thief is a lie by omission yes? and misleading a jury yes?

Rose:

As you can see the need for a big attorney hasn't changed and more crucial than ever. Tracy's health without intervention, as he has had none, grows graver as I write this.

Tracy doesn't care about sueing and just wants to get out and have some sort of life with the little bit of health he has left. He is already blind in one eye due to poor health care and is having swelling and adema due to an artery blockage in his neck.
