How about athletes, Fortune 500 CEOs, government officials, fund managers, entertainers, TV/Radio hosts, Ponzi-schemers, executives of bailed-out banks and investment companies, etc., etc. (tongue in cheek)

Maybe they are listed at the mid section....The list only includes the highest and lowest salaries

I didn't make that much a year working at Wal-Mart. I made $7 an hour. If I still worked there, I'd only be making $7.80. (They never gave more than 40 cent a year raises in the department I worked in.)

Ah, really? Maybe that is not enough because you have high living costs in the US...In my case, we have low living costs
