I'm big into the microwave popcorn. I like the 94% Fat Free, 100 calories bags that they make. It makes a great snack for me in the afternoon. However, I'm always look for different kinds of seasonings that I can put on it that won't add a whole bunch of calories. Today, I found a good one that I thought I would share with you guys.
This is one that some will like and some will hate. My husband would absolutely hate it. It's pretty simple. All you do is take some regular distilled vinegar and sprinkle it over the popcorn after it comes out of the microwave. Then sprinkle with a little salt. That's it. If you like salt and vinegar potato chips, then you'll enjoy this treat. It's simple, but I wouldn't have thought of it if I didn't stumble across it online.
Another seasoning I've tried is a combination of celery salt and dill weed. Again this is another that some will like and some won't. I thought it was okay, but it's hard to get the seasoning to stick if you don't coat it with butter. The whole point of it is not to add the fattening butter.
In the future I'm going to try some chicken bullion granules as a seasoning. Also I might try a combination of italian seasoning, garlic salt, and parmesan cheese. How do you enjoy your popcorn?

My fave of all is melted velveeta and butter.
I also like using Ranch dressing mix and Parmesan cheese. I have an oil sprayer bottle and that helps with making things stick with minimal additional fat calories.
My friend of mine as a kid loved hers with light paprika.
