I just wanted to whine to someone. And yes, I'll have some cheese with my whine. =)

My knee is just killing me. It's been going on for a few days now. But today it has gotten worse. There is kind of a grinding noise feeling as I take a step. And just now when I sat down at the computer. It went out on me and I feel into the chair. lol~ ouch~

Finally Kenny's health insurance has come through at his new job. So tomorrow I am going to make an appointment. I have to get back on my diabetic and blood pressure meds. While I'm there I'll whine to him about my knee. He'll probably just say take some Ibprophen and call me in the morning.. lol ;-)

So how is everyone else doing?

Yay on the insurance!!! Your knee, I have no idea. Put some ice on it, alternate with heat.

Your so right, Yay on the insurance. He signed up for dental and optical. But they wont take effect until Sept.

I've been taking them. I have some 800 mg left from my last prescription. *sigh* still no relief.

ibuprofen, isn't good for you blood pressure either.. my doctor only allows acetaminophen.

hmm now isn't that odd. I have high BP and the doctor prescribed 2 800 mg of Ibuprofen 4 times a day...... no wonder I was feeling awful. And still no relief on the knee.
Sorry your knee is hurting. Me my ears are hurting from my son begging to cash in his savings bond....not gonna happen

eww blackberry wine. I made some last year. But it's all gone. I do have some blueberry vodka. ;-) then I'd be falling down.. roflmbo

You sound like my husband. =) Which is getting ready for work as we speak. I have not slept yet. Ibpro is not helping at all. grr~

Doctors do seem to dismiss concerns like that. It took me two years to get my doctor to finally send me to get an MRI for my back. Low and behold I needed back surgery (prior car accident). I hope he listens to you.

Sounds like a flashback of mine. This will be a different doctor. For husbands insurance, you have to see who's on their list. I hate seeing someone new. But maybe a good thing.

for me it's my right arm....it started yesterday with this numb weak feeling in my shoulder...at bedtime my whole arm down to the tips of my fingers had that asleep feeling.

that noise is definitely not good. I am yet to buy a bottle wine after all the winery visits. I plan on buying a bottle here pretty soon.........

I did call them, but they can't see me until Aug 3. They said if it gets worse before then to go to the ER. Yeah right~ lol~ I don't think so. Our ER is so awful. That this past month, they stopped delivering babies! You even sign a waver that if they mess up, it's not there fault ! Besides which the bill would be outrageous for nothing.
So my husband bought some acetpmetaphin. And a knee brace thingy. IT killed me! Way too tight. I'll just have to wing it til Aug~

I had torn the cartilage in my right knee - in two places - and heard that grinding sound.
After lots of physcal therapy - and staying off certain foods - I am fine. I avoid too many stairs also.
