My third day of college shopping

Today was our third day of looking for what my daughter needs. Since today,is a miserable rainy day here, I decided to go the online route. I went to Kohls.com, and got her a comforter set,towels,laundry bag and pillow. Since I spent over $75.00, I was able to get 30% off and free shipping. It sure beats lugging all this stuff home in the rain. Now I need to get out the list and see what else she needs.

Fortunately we still have 2 years to go before our oldest grand daughter is off to college. My day is coming, as this old nanners needs to make sure that she will have everythign she needs!

I remember doing all that shopping. Actually my mom and I did it online because I was still living in Madrid and couldn't actually go shopping. She looked for stuff and then sent me the links online to see if I liked it.

The first year is hardest for buying. This is going to be my second year living on campus and I haven't really had to buy anything new save for clothes of course and some small odds and ends.

I went to college in the hippie days and basically just had the sheets and thin cover that was provided. It's been awhile now but I know we bought stuff for our daughter. And now, we've moved on to wedding buying.
