The PRIMERA POLICE DEPARTMENT is searching for DIANA IZAGUIRRE. Police are looking for VICTOR GARCIA IN HER abduction. The suspect is Diana's sister's ex-boyfriend. The suspect was last heard from in PRIMERA, TEXAS. Law enforcement officials believe this child to be in grave or immediate danger.Police are looking for waht may be an older model Lincoln or Grand Marquis.

Victor Garcia is described as 5'5", weighing 170 pounds, and has a tattoo on his neck. 

Garcia is armed and dangerous.

Is there a law/restriction on providing the photo of the child as well (when within a specific age range perhaps?).

I don't mean to butt in, but I know with me and my missing kids stories, I generally like to have the family permission before I posts photos of them. I don't know if there's a law or restriction about it, though.

Although, if it were truly a kidnapping she likely wouldn't be seen by many, or at least outside of her abductor's presence...so perhaps his photo alone would be enough (hopefully).

I can understand that, and I think it's a wise precaution to take. If the photo is provided in conjunction with an Amber Alert though, I would tend to believe that republishing rights for the photo are explicitly granted by the guardians. Perhaps no photo was available in this case.

I was simply curious if Bob knew the specifics behind the photos provided.
