It's hard to believe that it was 40 years ago today and you'd have to be at least 45 to have some remembrance of it. I remember it was a beautiful summer night in Boston and like everyone else we were glued to the tv. But something else was also happening in our house. Our cat was in her little box in the dining room closet giving birth. We would run from the living room to the dining room to keep track of what was going on thousand of miles away and right in our home. Our cats are long gone but I can still remember the magic of that night.
