Either Later or Tomorrow

My first day without a cigarette in a long time and I'm having a hard time sitting still long enough to go through my feed and work on my groups.  Plus my favorite show, True Blood,  is about to come on. 

So, I will catch up either later tonight or tomorrow.

At least I never smoked at my computer or in my house so those are good things. I had my vehicle detailed yesterday and didn't smoke in it on the way home, it smells clean!

WAY TO GO, Kat! I know you can do it! I quit cold turkey 25 years ago.....it wasn't easy but so worth it!

Kat I didn't realize you were a smoker. You can do it. We are here for you. My husband and I gave it up over 30 years ago. I was a 2 pack a day smoker. So I know if you put your mind to it and say to yourself that you can do it and you will be healthier for it you will be ok. I am not saying it isn't hard, but you can do it. Hey not being able to sit still will help keep you skinny!Another bonus.

Wasn't true blood great last night! I am so happy for Sam, but I am unsure of Daphne. Any clue what is going on with Marryanne? like what she IS? How do you think Sookie will react when she comes home to those new living arrangements? Hehe, maybe you should put it in an email so we don't spoil it!

Yep, I am still smoke free! I bought six packages of hard candy, all sugar free so have something to get me through those moments of weakness.

TB was good last night but I think next weeks episode will be much better!

Oh, yeah! I'd love to see that happen!
GUM...saved me Kat when I gave up smoking this last time...nicotine gum for the first few weeks and then regular gum. and if you go for at cig ... think of how bad you throat burns and the crap you cough up....

Now on to True Blood...am I crazy or is the series so far off the books that I can't tell what's what...? The show is actually starting to piss me off. I mean take some lead way...but don't change everything...the whole story line...I don't know...maybe I just forgot what the story line was since I read the books...but did Jason go to the religious camp and I don't remember anything about the Goddess lady who is causing emotions to go nuts...In the later books Eric and Sookie are a couple
