Share a Little Comfort on Gather and Help Donate Boxes of Kraft Macaroni & Cheese to Feeding America!

Kraft Macaroni & Cheese is one of America’s favorite comfort foods. It’s an easy go-to dish for moms that won’t hurt the wallet! Now it’s time to help Kraft Foods bring America’s favorite comfort food to families who really need it with the new “Share a Little Comfort” campaign both on and off Gather!

Kraft Macaroni & Cheese has agreed to donate one box of “The Cheesiest” to Feeding America, the nation’s leading hunger relief charity, with every Click to Donate on their www.sharealittlecomfort.com site. The goal is to reach one MILLION boxes!

You can also use your Gather activity to help donate as well!

Between today and August 14th, for each of the following Gather activities, Kraft Foods will donate one box of Kraft Macaroni & Cheese to Feeding America. To get off to a strong start, they’ve agreed to make each Gather activity count for TEN boxes of “The Cheesiest” for the first 2 weeks of the campaign (today through Wednesday, July 31st).

  • “Share a Little Comfort” Pings: Have some fun pinging your friends and for every ping contribute to the boxes donated to Feeding America. Click here to learn how to get one.>>
  • “Share a Little Comfort” Chats: We’ll be holding a “Share a Little Comfort” chat each week in the Family Essential. Each comment made on these chats will contribute one box to Feeding America. (Stay tuned for chat articles soon)

We also want to help you keep track of how many boxes we’ve donated. Make sure to check back at the Donation Meter to help us reach one million!

This sounds like a wonderful program. Chats should be fun, too. When my daughter was little, she loved choosing which shapes of Kraft Macaroni & Cheese - wagon wheels, animals, characters... Those are good memories.

But ... how come corporations can't pay for their own charities ??? Just asking !!!

(Borders did that a while back, too. They made a big deal about donating children's books, but they expected customers to buy them)

I clicked the sharealittlecomfort, and it won't let me do anything. something about Adobe flash, which I had,so I don't know why it won't let me. Guess I'll look out for the chats, if I can. Great promo idea, and even better chance to help our hungry fellow americans.

I think it's always a great idea to help those in need..
But, every time we leave a ping, do we have to check back at the donation meter?
Because I have a easy time forgetting stuff lately.

Hi Angela, No you don't have to check back every time. The meter will be updated 1x a week with all of the activities so it won't show the pings separately.

my son loves it and eats way to much of it and no one but me can figure out why he is backed up hee heee of course gets it from his dad who melts cheese on EVERYTHING including my pot roast(well once he did lol! )
