It's interesting to me that the "experts" in different fields seem to change their mind about things every few years or so. One minute they'll be saying one thing, and the next minute it's completely opposite. How are you supposed to know what to think about anything?
Let me give you an example. It wasn't that long ago that the health experts were telling us that eggs weren't good for you. They were bad for your cholesterol among other things. Now, there are studies out there saying that eggs might not be so bad after all. If you're interested check out the article located here: Eggs Might Not Be So Bad Afterall.
Or what about coffee? Once again, I've heard that the caffeine in coffee really isn't good for you. You should be drinking tea instead of coffee, right? Well, now the "experts" are touting all these health benefits of drinking coffee. Not the least of which it's supposed to aid in not getting Parkinson's Disease. Here's another interesting article for you to look into if you wish: Coffee: Is it Good or Bad for You?
With all this conflicting information, what are you supposed to think about anything the experts say? My advice is this: Everything in moderation. I think that's the key to living life as a whole. It's the key to just about any area you could ask about. Moderation is key.

They can't make up their minds about milk at all. Me, I look and babies. They can't live without it.
I stayed away from eggs...though I really like them, for years. Now I eat them when I wish to.
