This has been all over the news and the radio,
A man with orders to be deployed to Afghanistan argued that he shouldn't have to go because Obama has not proven his Legal citizen status, and his long form birth certificate.
Fact: He has not provided his birth certificate
Fact: The certificate of live birth WAS issued to children that were not born in the U.S.
Fact: Many people believe that he should be forced to provide his birth certificate, long form.
Fact: without being vetted like other candidates he was elected.
Fact: his grandmother said she witnessed his birth in Kenya
Ok, where is all this going?
This man used these arguments to get his orders revoked, because he believes that Obama is not a natural born citizen. Now this could get ugly if others use this tactic and try to get out of going to war.....Regardless of how I feel about Obama, and until we have good reason to remove him from office, and until there is proof that he is not a US born citizen, he is our sitting POTUS, (not that I like that or agree with it), this is not about political affiliation because I have given up calling myself a republican as well.
What I'm wondering is what will happen when more people use this argument, what will happen to these people, will the military fight them, Will Obama take notice, or will they just quietly be reassigned and nothing happen.
In a way I agree and disagree with what this man did.
He swore he would protect this country, and unfortunately we are at war, a war that Obama inherited from Bush, doesn't mean I agree with the war, doesn't mean I like it, I support the troops over there, I know people who have family over there, I know people who have served 2 TOD's over there, I've read Charlie Daniel's Blog and how he has toured over there for the service men and women. I read how Toby Kieth goes over there, not that he agrees with war or likes it, but that he is showing support for the troops.
Where does it end.
I've quit signing petititons, I've quit reading about this, for the most part, but I have come across a few stories pertaining to Obama lately and his birth certificate and there are few sights that are really trying to keep it alive.....how long can they beat a dead horse..............because no matter the truth I don't think it will come out during Obama's term.
I just worry about people who fight orders and wonder if they are putting their military career in jeopardy.
Is it right to use the birth certificate issue as an out to not go to war?

I totally agree with the guy...
it's not just about the going there, it's the PRINCIPAL of the matter.
If we just lie down and take it.... well, that's how things like the holocost happens.
The ONLY thing that would need to be done is for the obamassiah to provide a birth record... it's that SIMPLE....
But so far he has not done that... WHY???
Doesn't make any sense whatsoever, unless he has something to hide.
Why the vetting process to meet Constitutional requirements for office is held in secret by the person's political party is beyond me... To me, that is the root issue in all of this, and should be made available to "the people."
SEVERAL PEOPLE have made a "deal" out of this but it keeps getting DISMISSED. It was actually FIRST BROUGHT UP when he became A SENATOR.
He still has yet to provide a VALID birth certificate.
and his grandma talks of being present AT his birth, IN KENYA.
If he is a natural born citizen, (as our constitution REQUIRES for his office) then WHY OH WHY won't he produce it?? WHAT does he have to hide?
There are several arguments saying what he did provide was not his but a copy that has been photoshopped, and the 'mistakes' with the Certificate of Live Birth are too numerous to mention, giving some people strong argument he took one and photoshopped it, or had it photoshopped.
No matter about this issue, all I can do is now pray and ask that God's will be done.

It doesn't matter where the president was born, a servicemember that has been alerted for overseas duty is on orders. We take oaths to that effect of obeying the orders of those appointed over us and the US Constitution, nothing in there regarding the birth place of whoever our president is. Unlike to Congress, the president and most bureaucrats, an oath is a meaningful thing in the Armed Forces, it's your word of honor.
Regardless of Obama's birth certificate, it's a done deal and there is no way that we would ever find out the truth if it was anything but what Obama has said.
