Rowan's Fifth Birthday

Recently my son celebrated his fifth birthday. It seems like just yesterday I was brining him home from the hospital.Boy they grow up so fast.

Here's the birthday boy with little Gabby waiting for cake and presents.

They couldn't even wait for me to take a picture of the cake before they were digging into it. But we had cool Spiderman plates to eat the cake and ice cream off of.

Spiderman is our new big thing with Rowan.

Then it was off to the presents before I could even finish MY cake and ice cream. LOL

The pile of goodies were tempting and wrapped in (you guessed it) more Spiderman.

He got his very first swimming pool and the fixings to go with it. A Spiderman boogie board and floaties to share with his friend Gabby.

And how cool is this, he got his first boombox and cd from Mom and Dad.

But Spiderman seemed to rule the day with an outfit just like he wanted. Spiderman.

Everyone seemed to have a good time and the kids were ready to set up the pool even though it was late and almost time for bed.

Kids are such a trip.

But a good time was had by all and we are done for another year
