I beg to differ with you. They were at the front of the line, but being illiterate, they got in the wrong line.
• Examine whether your current anger or resentment or hurt feelings are the tip of a much larger iceberg. How long have you had such feelings? Do you even like icebergs?
• Learn to be brave. If you feel that you are easily intimidated into backing down, write down your feelings in an article on Gather and just let it all hang out.
• Don’t make blaming statements like "you ignorant slut, you!" Conflict resolution begins with the understanding that truth is relative. So much depends on one’s perspective, and none of us has a lock on the whole picture of anything, especially you of all people! Geez! Nevertheless, most people start with exactly the most destructive question: Who is right and MC is wrong. Seriously, how else should we start out? Most people with that inner anger tend to come from California or Texas, or at least have lived in those places.
