My baby boy is 1 month old today!!

Time sure does fly by when you're having fun! And, that's exactly what I've been doing. Today is my son's 1 month birthday! YIPPEE!! My little angel turned 1 month old this morning at 5:39am.

It seems like just yesterday that he was born, heck it seems like just yesterday that my 4 1/2 year old son was born too.

So far in this month, we've had a lot of things happen. Our baby spent 3 days in the NICU after birth for a sepsis infection. We had a lot of worrying if he would be ok. Once he got discharged from the hospital, he must have decided to grow like a monkey. He gained 1 pound and 3 ounces  and added 2 inches to his length in the first 2 weeks of life.

Since then, he's  put on about another 13 ounces. His face is getting chubby, and he's getting little fat rolls all over. My 4 year old said the other day "Look, momma, he's got man boobs!"

He rolls over and tries to crawl already, and believe it or not, his 2 bottom teeth are already trying to peek through his gums. Overall he's a very happy baby. He smiles and laughs, and loves to be tickled. He gets super excited to see me (which makes my husband a little jealous). But, when he's hungry, watch out because he cries louder than anyone I've ever heard. This morning, my 4 year old said "Brother, be quiet. I can't hear the TV when you cry!" It was hillarious!

So, this month has been awesome. I can't believe it's been a month already. And, if you've been wondering why I haven't been gathering as much lately, it's because I'm busy breastfeeding, pumping, changing diapers, playing with the baby, cooking, cleaning, taking my 4 year old to and from school, etc.
