Giving things to God is never as easy
As it seems to be when at first
You decide that you must do so.
It's hard to resist the temptation
To grab things back when they do not seem
To be going the way you think they should.
But, oh, if you should ever manage
To give things to God and leave them there,
It is a most glorious experience.
He comes through and handles them all
In a most remarkable--indeed miraculous way!
While you stand still, worries just disappearing.

This is SO TRUE and I have seen it happen in my own personal life!
Thank you Bethany, how have you been?
So true. I am getting much better but this is a great reminder that others share the journey too!
Thanks, guys! I've been okay.
It is strange how that we seem to act like a bucket sometimes. We set and let our lives just fill up with burdens and frustrations, and when we can hold no more we dump them at the feet of the Lord. Oh the time we waste collecting and saving our troubles and holding on to fears that we have already been promised delivery of. Yet one or a bucket full disapear at His feet. They were concerd at Calvarey, empty, dead carcouses. If we could just let them go. I lubb ya sis. Come C me.
