This episode of Weeds begins six months after the last episode with Nancy (quite pregnant now) in the shower while Esteban looks through a baby name book. When Nancy comes out of the shower Esteban casually tells Nancy that she will marry him, handing her a "family jewel", which is a purple monster that we later learn to be a championship ring from one of the soccer teams that he owns. He actually does propose, in a much sweeter way, with a gorgeous diamond minutes later and Nancy says yes.
Shane seems to be settling in to life in Santa Playa and spends the day ditching school and learning Spanish "greetings" from Ignacio. When Ignacio's fun turns violent at the driving range Shane decides to keep his distance.
Silas and Doug's medical marijuana dispensary is up and running but with Deputy CP Jones always lingering customers are not buying up the stock. Doug has an altercation with him about leaving the store which cannot end well for Doug and Silas since Jones has the law on his side.
Celia is still living in the Botwin's garage and is working at Super Sneakers until approached by a woman at the bus stop from "You're Pretty!" cosmetics that may help change Celia's path.
Andy has taken Nancy's departure quite hard. He has grown a full beard and gained a little weight. He has also spent nearly all of the $180,000 on video games and other crap. Nancy has left him repeated messages that he has not returned, and shows up to witness Andy ignoring her call. She continues to leave him a message despite being in the same room, telling him that she's engaged and that she misses him. He doesn't respond but shows up at Esteban's home later to offer his blessings. He also warns Nancy that if she is widowed yet again he won't be there for her.
In the last scene of the episode, a beautiful Mexican (with a guard) enters and confronts Esteban. When she leaves, Esteban tells Nancy that he cannot marry her because things are different now. Here is what the Mexican woman said to Esteban:
"You loved me good, until you got your BOY with her. But Marry her? Are you crazy? All the eyes of Mexico will be on you. All my hopes, my effort, my money, my time - I put into YOU?
You should have killed the f-in white b*tch when you had the chance! What I'm saying is you have to choose between me and the white woman."
In the preview for the next episode Nancy tries to flee. Andy had told Nancy in episode 5 that if Esteban loved her he would understand why she left him a note saying goodbye, but will Andy understand why Nancy left him a note instead and still be there for her? And who do you think this mystery woman is in Esteban's life?

I caught one of the scenes while I was flipping through and was laughing my butt off. It's when the guy with the beard goes to the driving range and is beeping then gets out and takes a few golf swings...and not at a golf ball. This show looks funny.
It's one thing to have an affair with a f***ing gringa [Anglo], or even, fine! to have a son by her, but to marry her? Are you insane? All the eyes of Mexico are watching you. All my hopes, my efforts, my money, I've put into you?!!?
You should have killed the f***ing gringa whore when you had the chance!"
Esteban asks:
"Are you trying to tell me I have to choose between all of you and Nancy?"
She replies,
"No Esteban, what I'm trying to tell you is you have to choose between yourself and the gringa."
