When Nancy S. and I first started talking over a year ago I never thought a friendship could grow so fast and that I could find such a wonderful person as I did her. Not sure why I thought that after all I met my best friend, Maria, online as well.
Some of you know Eric and I was going to buy the mobile home we live in and some land and move it there. Well, Nancy left me an email telling me she would like to talk to us. To be honest we knew we had a lot of work ahead of us, and that this wasn't actually worth what he was asking. However, not being able to get a loan we knew most contract for deeds end up being more.
We as well knew we had to get James out of this mobile home park. To many drugs are going on around here and I don't want him around it. We as well want to be in the country, I guess I am not much of the social life. I enjoy being able to sit outside either alone or with my family and not be bothered. Some days I just want to be left alone especially with my depression, and PTSD.
Well when I called Nancy she made us an offer. We could come out there and move in the mobile home she is in as soon as her house is done. We would pay her monthly which would help her out, Eric could do the outside work which helps her out. She would have someone close way out there in the country which would make her family happy. As well with my health problems I would have someone close by if Eric isn't home. The mobile home is huge and so much nicer (even though she says it isn't lol)then what we have. After seeing the place I was so ready to leave now and so was Eric. James has his room picked out already lol.
I am so happy to get James away from this life, as well in a school system I would prefer him to be in. He will be close to his grandma and grandpa again as well. I can't wait to tell them tomorrow. It will give us time to as well get our past with exs straightened out, long story there. We are still fighting James' adoption which is still costing us.
My zoo can even go and they have room to move. Another plus huge one. Now I am even more excited. I kept saying all the way home how I couldn't believe it. Nancy has been an angel sent by God. Thank you Nancy! Before long she may regret it lol

renee, it sounds like this is going to put you & your family on the right road to a great life. the property you showed us was very nice. but i bet this is even better. congrats!! :)
It is,we won't have a train coming through every night. Although it wasn't in the mobile home park it was still close by it (part of the mobile home land) James would of still been close by the life we don't want him around.
Plus I know I will have a great neighbor!

Wow, that sounds really great! When are you going to be moving? I'm not sure I could get used to country life, though......way too quiet, away from all the "stuff to do," but it sounds like it's going to work out very well for all of you!!!!!!
It won't be till her house gets done so she can move into the house from the mobile home. She said tonight after the guys get in there to do the job they should have it finished in 3 weeks. We just aren't sure when they will start yet.

Renee, you are going to LOVE being out there. I enjoy it when I come up to see Nancy. I am glad she can help you and Eric out like this. But you will be helping her too, as she will feel better when she leaves the house to go someplace, her home will be ok. If I get to come up there this fall, I will get to meet you and your family. I can't wait I am going to love having her as a neighbor too. We was talking last night how we would be helping eachother out. She is wonderful we are hoping her house will be done by fall and us moved there. I know we are so ready lol
