Ugh, I've had many ear infections, glad he is letting you pay him off. Sorry about losing time in the pool :(
I have only had one bad infection. From an ear drum bursting. Ears are sensitive and loud music and huge amplifiers burst them and they poured grainy stuff for days hurting. then I went to my regular doctor. Got antiboiotic ear drops.
My hubby won't clean his own ears, because he believed the adage, "never put anything smaller than your elbow in your ear" or some such. So because he won't use a q-tip to clean his ears, he has to pay mega-bucks to an ear doc every year to clean them out. And...the wax build-up is probably what has caused him to have a hearing problem. Grrr.
Anyway, yes, his ear doc costs about twice what our regular doc does.
Have you tried ear candles? Works wonders for me.
I was really hoping that 175.oo was something that you won. sorry about the ear infection.
Lol, No put I will pay it. He is a wonderful Dr.
I had a fever of 101 and knew I better do something.
Wow, Diane, that's absolutely horrible! Doctors are soooo expensive.....Adam had an ear infection recently.....one of my good friends told me to buy colloidal silver.......I did, and he's been taking it three times a day.....the ear infection/ear ache's gone!!! You might try that.......a lot of times I think "natural" stuff works better!!!!! Hope you're all better soon!
I use colloidal silver whenever I feel as though I am "coming down" with something. Works every time. No need to antibiotics! The one I use is 500PPM though not the routine 14 ppm you find at the stores.
Thanks, I must try this
hope you and your purse are better soon
I grew up with many ear infection,, when you get better see about getting ear plug, the one fitted for your ear,, I and my gdaughter has them
When you get better use ear plugs when you get in the pool.
I sure will, Elaine~
To avoid these types of infections, I like to get a cotton ball. I split it in half and put some hydrogen peroxide on it. I squeeze a few drops in each ear. If you do this, you're going to hear a fizzing noise, but that's a good thing.
Hope you feel better soon!
thanks for sharing..hope he will help you
Hope you get better, ear infections are hideous
