Today's dog picture is of my sister's pup. He is a blue heeler mix adopted from the local tractor and supply store. That helps to adopt animals from the local animal shelters.
The pup is telling the cat to move. As that is his spot and he is really to go to sleep. The cat is really annoyed she has to move.

Do you have animals that think certain spots are theirs and will not let others in the spot for any reason?

yes Scooter thinks my bed is his , Tawanda's under the head of my bed and Autumn's is behind the pink chair or in my closet on Rufus's old bed. The cat Tahoma 's is where ever he wants it to be at the time.
That is too cute!
We had a Blue Heeler when we lived in Texas. When she started eating our house (after eating my shoes), we realized she needed a home where she could have a "job".
I have a red heeler and use to have a blue I cried when I lost her
Their proper name is Australian Cattle Dog
yes my one dog lays on the back of my chair and she thinks she owns it
Now that's too cute
That is a cute picture. The cat looks so annoyed. One of my cats loved to sit on my desk chair. Every time I got up she would jump in my seat and give me dirty looks for making her move.
Too cute. The kitty is bigger than the pup!
Cute shot ,Mini.
My dog gets annoyed when I lay near his bed. I do it on purpose sometimes because I love the look on his face and the heavy sigh he gives.
very cute! Yes my pets are that way too.
what a cutie pie
he will rule the house soon enough
What a cute picture! My dogs are only allowed on the tiled areas of the house. Kitty has the run of the place, but won't go on the tile when the dogs are in. As soon as I put the dogs outside, Kitty goes straight for the smaller dog's bed and curls up in it. Too funny!
That's a yes to that question. My lap is one of those places. Angel won't let the other two dogs lay in my lap...only next to me. I usually have one on each side and Angel in my lap when I am sitting on the sofa.
Love the expression on the cat's face
My mind isn't right today....Sugar Boo's spot is underneat my chin.....That's a cute picture
So cute!~
Aw, cute.
he is being very polite about it1
It is so cute, they have their spots!
I would be very annoyed if I even had to share living quarters with that thing.
That is so funny. Move that kitty away. LOL!
The kitty did end up moving.
He's lucky the cat didn't decide to bop him for that.
Yes, some of them certainly do establish certain places as their "spots." I once deeply offended a cat for trying to share her chair with her. She had plenty of room, but she still opted to give me a good swift kick and abandon ship. Picky cat...
Oh yes, the pup was very lucky. As this cat is a very picky cat to.
Maxie has a few spots. And if she's sitting there, you ain't getting her out.
