This has been a strange year. It isn't often the different types of lilies I have bloom this close to the same time. Enjoy.
This bed is mostly Asiatic and Day lilies with Oriental and Turk Cap lilies which aren't blooming just yet.

On the edge of the drain field there is a long row of tall, medium and short dayliles.

And I had to show off my water lily

Oh, water lilies! I just adore water lilies! Well, all lilies, but especially water lilies! Just beautiful, oh queen of the growing things!
LOL Pat. I had three colors of water lilies and they have morphed into this one.
pretty lilies
Gorgeous lilies, Wendy. My oriental lilies are taller than I am and some have 13 blooms on one stalk. It's insane!
I envy your water lily. Beautiful!
Jamie you suck. An oriental taller than you with 13 blooms? I wish!
Water lilies are easy. They need still water and a couple of years to settle in. The goldfish keep the pond from becoming a mosquito nursery.
I envy lilies in general. I need to plant some! Gorgeous Wendy.
Viv, they are ssooo easy to grow. And you can grow Canna and Calla lilies there. Drool.
