(that is the last day of our annual party which we are doing this year to try and raise money for Randy Townend (a very old and dear friend).  Randy suffered a debilitating stroke, had a 13 1/2 hr brain surgery, has lost his home and is need of some assistance.  Kirk is also an old friend and he has made this generous offer but so far it hasn't been going very well.  I really need a helping hand with this one.  Even just sending some traffic would be encouraging at this point.  The music is really good - Island is more folk rock and Wire has a bit more of an edge.  Kirk is a good song-writer.
