Rain, rain, rain, go away! Very hard to have a good time today. I do hope it stops . It is very hard to grill out also. Has rain put a damper on your 4th of July plans?
70 and clear tonight, so fireworks downtown...too far for me to walk. Missed the parade down there this morning, too. In a city of over one million, you know both will be nice and big; not like some little town, though I miss our parade and fireworks back in a village of 4,000 people. I'll sit out on my balcony and catch a buzz tonight while I listen to them in the distance and maybe even see one once in while over the trees if they go high enough.

we have our fireworks display on the 3rd. It rained before and after the display. It's rather on the chilly side here, but don't think it will slow me down as far a BBQ'ing

I talked to my daughter and we both agreed to have it tomorrow.
