Found a cool leadership website the other day - its called Leadership Expert, has your basic leadership articles and leadership skills packages like most sites, but it also has some great recommendations for leadership books etc, so I found it pretty interesting and a cut above the rest.
It gets over a 100,000 visitors a year, and is clearly going places! I wouldn't be surprised if this was one of the top 3 leadership websites on the internet in 1 years time!

You're right - Leadership websites are normally pretty old fashioned and bland - but this blog is clearly aimed at younger people who are tired of wide html leadership sites and would like to learn from a blog.

One of the main problems with "leadership websites" is that they focus on leadership from the top down. Here's a smaller site, brand new no doubt that has some interesting blogs. http://www.kelvinotis.com
