I was chosen, from Gather, to try the Crystal Light flavor packets. You add one packet to a bottle of water. I add mine to a 16.9oz bottle. Shake it up & drink!
Once in awhile I would put my bottle of water in the freezer & let it get semi-frozen, it's a nice option to try on those really hot summer days. It also intensified the flavor of the Wild Strawberry flavor, which I prefered.
I was sent three different flavors: Natural Lemonade, Wild Strawberry(energy) & Fruit Punch.
The day after I received my loot, I sent 1 of each flavor to work with my husband...as he barely drinks any water & his bad habit is Diet Mountain Dew. He reported back that he drank all three flavors that same day! A 100% increase in his water consumption.
Me, well I already drink a ton of water everyday. But I have enjoyed the Wild Strawberry & Lemonade flavor. I'm not a fan of Fruit Punch...so truthfully, I skipped that one.
Overall, we both like the flavors. When mixed with water I feel that I drink my water faster than I normally would...which is pretty good.
I tended to use the Crystal Light for an afternoon drink, or with lunch.
They are easy to drop a few in your purse, or even leave a couple in your car for bottle of water purchased when you are out & about. You could even use it in a cup of water from a fast food place....you don't have to order that pop!

Girl you just reminded me I have my filter for good bottle of water in the fridge here at work and I have a Crystal Lite lemonaid packet in my purse. Makes me want to go and get it right now.
I love Crystal Light drink mixes - can't do the strawberry ones though the caffeine gives me seizures!
i am so sorry, i was trying to rate you a ten and as i got to the starts, it locked on 8 instead of 10. I have so much problems rating stuff with that bookmark so close. It seems to always pop up. You were suppose to get a 10, again sorry.
I love putting flavorings in my water. I keep a couple in my purse so that when I'm at the restaurant, I can opt to get water and put that in there.
I may have to have my husband try it as he is terrible about drinking water....he lives on coffee. Glad to hear that your husband liked it.
I really want to try these, I "entered" to be a reviewer and if I don't get picked I might take the challenge on my own. Do you think the strawberry gave you an energy boost?
Priscilla, that's a great idea to half freeze a bottle - I am going to give that a try.
I actually won a few packages in one of the chats a while ago and just received them yesterday - so thanks for the tip. I think I'll try the lemonade one first.
Rose, I love the lemonade ones myself. I have some of them in my purse.
I've not had Crystal light in years. I've been drinking the 10 cal Vitamin Waters.
I did have the chance to review these. And, I loved the fruit punch!!
The wild strawberry, I had to add sugar too!
And, the lemonade could have tasted a bit better too.

Nice review. I hadn't thought of putting them in the freezer to get slushy. I'll bet my kids would love their Kool-Aid that way! Great idea. I see I'm not the only one who isn't a fruit punch fan. ; )

Great review. Love the convenience of Crystal Light and just bought more after getting the loot from Gather. I tried the green tea with honey and lemon, didn't get to mix one up yet as I just bought it yesterday. Gather also got me hooked on Cranenergy!
I stick a couple of the packets into my cell phone bag before I leave the house, I know I will have them with me wherever I go! It is easy enough to buy bottled water wherever I am and then I can add the mixes into the water... voila! Flavoured water that is great for quenching your thirst!
We must have all received the same kind. Those are the same ones I got.

Your hsband sounded like me before I tried these... soda and koolaid only for me with a BIT of juice. Since this I've had a caouple of sodas only vs 1 or more a day.
My favorite flavor is lemonade and the pink lemonade and the strawberry for that energetic boost.
